Health Guarantee: All animals come with a 48 hour health guarantee. If anything is wrong with your animal(s), you must notify me with in 48 of receiving the delivery. If I do not hear from you within that time period I will assume everything is ok and that our transactions is complete.
Live Arrival Guarantee: I offer a 100% live arrival guarantee on all animals when the temperature is between 45-85 degrees (Fahrenheit). In order for this guarantee to be valid someone MUST be home and available to sign for the animal on the first delivery attempt. If the delivery doesn't reach you in time or at all because you provided me with the wrong shipping information then the guarantee is void. Please remember these are live animals, and their lives and safety are in our hands. Please double check all shipping information before sending it to me, and be sure someone is available to accept the animal for delivery.
Payment Options:I accept all forms of Money Orders, Pay Pal, Checks, and Western Union as forms of payment. If you are paying for your animal(s) with a check they will be held until the check has cleared. Then I will ship them out.
Payment Plans: I accept payment plans for different situations, or on large expensive orders. Every scenario is different. So if you would like to discuss a payment plan please contact me. All details of the payment plans require a minimum of a 25% deposit. The terms of the arrangement must be upheld by the buyer. If something comes up I am flexible, and understand life happens. Just let me know and we can work something out on a case by case basis.

Animal Sex Guarantee: All animals are sexed before being shipped out. When the animal arrives please check the sex to make sure it is correct. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours I will assume everything is fine, and our transaction is complete.
